- Bunalun Organic Fusilli Pasta 250gm
- Admirals AMP Wagyu or Angus Beef Mince 300gm
- Bunalun Organic Italian chopped Tomatoes 1 can (400gm)
- Medium onion chopped
- Marinara sauce jar 400gm
- Sour cream ½ cup
- Sliced Provolone cheese 150gm
- Shredded Mozzarella 120gm
- Grated Parmesan or Pecorino Romano ¼ cup
- Fresh basil leaves
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Drain. Meanwhile, in a large pan brown the beef mince. Add the onion and cook until softened. Add the chopped Tomatoes & Marinara sauce and allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Stir in the sour cream. Add the drained pasta and stir to coat. Preheat the oven to 180C. Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Pour half of the pasta into the baking dish. Top with half of the Provolone and half of the Mozzarella. Pour the remaining pasta on top. Top with the remaining Provolone and Mozzarella, and sprinkle the Parmesan on top. Bake until the cheese is bubbly, about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh basil before serving. And Voila.
