Mozzarella Sticks are made from Mozzarella cheese, Romano and Parmesan cheese along with other ingredients. It is then battered and breaded, further the product is par fried in Soyabean oil. Subsequently it is frozen to core temperature of -18°c or below and is packed in food grade LDPE bags.
