Shrimps are peeled and deveined and is treated with Salt, Sodium Tripoly Phosphate .
These shrimps are blanched in continuous steam cooking chamber and is
subsequently chilled. Further, the product is individually quick frozen at -36°c or
below to get core temperature of -18°c or below. The IQF shrimps are then
adequately glazed to protect the texture and render good appearance. It is then
packed in food grade LDPE bags. It can be consumed after cooking.
These are extra large shrimps which are extremely tender.
